EloCare Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) offers coverage for unintentional damage to eligible Elo devices, including:

ADP simplifies the claim process with no hidden fees or deductibles.

Easy Enrollment: Purchase with the device or within one year of the standard warranty expiration.

Claim Process

Request RMA: Initiate a claim by specifying "Physical Damage" as the reason when submitting a Returned Material Authorization (RMA).

RMA Issued: Upon verification, receive an RMA number and further instructions.

Device Repair or Replacement:

With Advance Unit Replacement (AUR): Replacement device ships next business day.

Without AUR: Device is repaired and returned within 14 business days upon receipt.
