Overview
EloCare Out-of-Warranty Repair Services provide support for Elo devices that require service beyond the standard or extended warranty periods. By submitting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through Elo's online portal, customers can have their devices repaired and returned efficiently.
How It Works

Request RMA: Submit a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) request through Elo's online portal (https://portal.elotouch.com/Services).

Service Quoted: After entering the device's serial number, a service quote will be provided.

RMA Issued: Upon accepting the quote, provide payment and shipping information to receive an RMA number along with shipping instructions.

Device Repaired: Once the device is received, an Elo technician will repair and return it.

Repair Warranty: Out-of-warranty repairs are warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to the customer.

Fees: Out-of-warranty products are subject to a flat-rate fee for evaluation and repair, based on the model and availability of replacement parts. If repairs are declined, products will be returned "as is" and may be subject to a diagnostic fee.
