This article explains how to get a recovery image for an Elo Windows Computer

All touch computers with Windows Operating Systems sold by Elo have a built in recovery partition which can be accessed to recover the factory Operating System. You will find steps for creating a recovery USB flash drive and steps for recovering the Operating System, in your User's Manual. 

The first thing you should do when receiving a new Elo touch computer is to create a recovery USB flash drive. There is a utiltiy already on the desktop to allow you to do this. See Knowledge Article #2739 for steps.

If a recovery USB flash drive was not created, you can still recover the Operating System through the built in recovery partition, see steps in Knowledge Article #2743

If for some reason you did not create a recovery USB flash drive or have wiped the factory image from the Hard Drive and the recovery partition is missing, you can request a recovery image from Elo Support (must provide serial number of the product for proof of eligibility) and they will send you an email with a link to your specific factory image to download. NOTE: Recovery images are only provided to customers who purchased an Elo touch computer with a Windows Operating System already installed. Recovery images will not be provided for products that were sold with NO Operating System installed.

Once a recovery image has been obtained, you will need to create a recovery USB flash drive to install on the touch computer. Steps for doing that can be found here .
