This article explains how to get a recovery image for an Elo Windows Computer

All touch computers with Windows Operating Systems sold by Elo have a built in recovery partition which can be accessed to recover the factory Operating System. You will find steps for creating a recovery USB flash drive and steps for recovering the Operating System, in your User's Manual. 

The first thing you should do when receiving a new Elo touch computer is to create a recovery USB flash drive. There is a utiltiy already on the desktop to allow you to do this. See this Knowledge Article for steps.

If a recovery USB flash drive was not created, you can still recover the Operating System through the built in recovery partition, see steps in in this Knowledge Article

If for some reason you did not create a recovery USB flash drive or have wiped the factory image from the Hard Drive and the recovery partition is missing, you can request a recovery image from Elo Support (must provide serial number of the product for proof of eligibility) and they will send you an email with a link to your specific factory image to download. NOTE: Recovery images are only provided to customers who purchased an Elo touch computer with a Windows Operating System already installed. Recovery images will not be provided for products that were sold with NO Operating System installed.

Once a recovery image has been obtained, you will need to create a recovery USB flash drive to install on the touch computer. Steps for doing that can be found here .
