This article provides additional information on manually removing Windows 10 driver
If you have already followed the steps listed in the Knowledge Article, "Windows 10 Manual Driver Removal Procedure," and are still having problems removing all old Elo files and folders, see the below additional steps to try:
1. Make sure you are logged in as Administrator, for help with this see this WikiHow Article .
2. Make sure when you are searching for Elo files and folders that you have your view set to to show "Hidden items" also look in the Options section and go to View and make sure "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" is selected.
3. Look in Device Manager and make sure no Elo processes or Services are running. If they are, kill them.
4. Look in the following folder, C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Local\Temp, and delete any Elo files or folders
5. Use the Windows 10 search feature and look for any file or folder named Elo
6. Make sure you are restarting your computer after deleting all Elo files and folders.
