Elo Support does not assist with end-user repair of products. All repairs to Elo products are performed at Authorized Elo Repair Centers. 

Elo does not provide support for customer end-user repair of Elo products. Elo cannot send out service manuals, parts or other proprietary documentation to aid in self-repairs.
