This article explains which Operating Systems are supported on legacy IDS monitors equipped with APR touch technology

The legacy APR touchscreen models listed in this article are only supported on Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 7 Operating Systems. These products are not compatible with Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11, or newer Operating Systems.

The following legacy IDS APR touchscreen products require special calibration files and legacy touch drivers in order to function correctly:

⚠️ Calibration File Required
These legacy IDS APR monitors shipped with a unique calibration file stored on a USB flash drive attached to the rear of the monitor using a Velcro strip. Each calibration file is specific to the individual monitor and must be retained for proper touchscreen functionality.

To properly operate these monitors on supported Operating Systems, the following are required:
- The original monitor-specific calibration file
- The Legacy APR 3.1.3 Touch Driver
- Windows XP or Windows 7 Operating System
❌ Unsupported Operating Systems
These legacy APR touchscreen products will not function on Operating Systems newer than Windows 7. Elo does not provide driver support for Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11, or later platforms on these models.

🔄 Recommended Upgrade Path
