This article discusses IDS monitors equipped with APR touchscreens and if they support Windows 10 Operating Systems

The legacy IDS APR monitors with the below serial number ranges are NOT compatible with Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.


These legacy products will only function on Windows XP and Windows 7 Operating Systems:

• ET3200L-AUWA-1-GY-G  with serial number range: A10C023301 - F11C008484
• ET4200L-AUWA-1-GY-G  with serial number range: A10C023314 - F11C008460
• ET4600L-AUWA-1-GY-G  with serial number range: C10C020237 - F11C036505


The legacy IDS APR products had a unique calibration file placed on a USB flash drive which was attached to the back of the monitor with a Velcro strip. Those units must use that unique calibration file along with the legacy 3.1.3 APR driver in order to function. See the attached .pdf instructions for how to install for Windows XP and Windows 7. These units are not compatible with newer Operating Systems.
