Some customers have reported after updating their systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11, the touchscreen stopped working - see below for possible reasons and how to fix.

There have been reports that some Windows 11 Operating Systems automatically disable the HID Compliant Touchcreen in Device Manager. See below for how to check and fix.
1. Open Windows 11 Device Manager by typing "Device Manager" in the Windows 11 search field. Then choose Device Manager from the Best match menu.
2. Expand the Human Interface Devices section and click on HID-compliant touch screen
3. Click on Action in the top tool bar, then choose Enable device
4. The touchscreen should now be enabled. Check by right clicking on HID-compliant touch screen
- The Device status should state "This device is working properly."
