This article discuss if the Elo 0702L monitor is compatible with Android devices as a secondary touch monitor

The DisplayLink creates a virtual screen for 0702L and 0702L touch input is mapped to displayID=0 (Default_Display). Therefore all the touch input events from 0702 will be dispatched to the Window Manager monitoring channel and be mapped to the I-Series built-in screen which is truly the default display.

Unfortunately, as of this writing, there is no way to map the touch onto a second or extended display
