This article provides the procedure to secure the power cable on a 1723L

Please see the information below regarding securing the power cable on a 1723L.

Power cable can be tie-wrapped to adjacent DVI cable, or dressed and restrained with tie-wrap on T mount cable-restraint provided. 
With the 1723L attached to an arm, the cables will be properly restrained at the T and will flex with the arm but not come undone from their connections.
