How can I mount the stand base to my desk on the 1502L monitor?

This article describes the stand base mounting for the 1502L Desktop Touch Monitor.

The 1502L touchmonitor, has a threaded three-hole mounting pattern for M4 screws provided on the bottom of stand base for mounting or securing.
