Can I mount the stand base of the 2402L monitor to a desk or work table?

This article shows the VESA mounting options for the 2402L Desktop Touch Monitor. 

The VESA FDMI-compliant mounting is coded VESA MIS-E, C. Base mounting options are shown below.
