This article provides the steps to update the video firmware version using a USB cable, on the Elo ET1903LM monitor

The latest firmware at the time of this writing is attached and is: 20201125_sw001903RevE

Hardware Connection Steps

1. Connect USB cable between PC and Display.
2. Connect HDMI or VGA cable between Display and PC.
3. Power on the Monitor and make sure in display mode.

FW Update Steps

1. Install software configuration: RTD Tool 3.7 (attached to this article)
2. Execute RTD Customer Tool utility
   • Step 1:Access method Select ”USBHubI2C”
   • Step 2:Click tool button 
     • 2-1: ISP Speed select ”100K”
     • 2-2: Turn off the pop-up window
   • Step 3: Select the firmware files (attached to this article)
   • Step 4: click on  to upgrade firmware

Firmware Version Check
To find FW version you will need to enter the Factory OSD menu of the monitor.

1. Turn monitor off using the POWER button.

2. Press in the POWER and SELECT buttons on the back of the monitor at the same time and hold.



3. When the screen lights, release and press MENU button.

4. Use LEFT and RIGHT navigation buttons to get to the “F ” in upper left corner and press SELECT button to open factory menu.



5. You are now in the Factory OSD Menu. The FW will be shown at the bottom of the menu.*
