This article outlines the compatibility of the Elo Backpack® with Intel for use with the Elo Wallaby Pro Self-Service Stand.
The Elo Backpack with Intel is supported for use with the Elo Wallaby Pro Self-Service Stand. Thermal validation testing has been completed to verify compatibility when installed inside the enclosure. Refer to the images below for visual confirmation of the supported mounting configuration.
Important Operating Temperature Notice
When the Elo Backpack with Intel is installed inside an Elo Wallaby Pro Self-Service Stand, the maximum ambient operating temperature for the Wallaby Pro must not exceed 30°C (86°F). Thermal testing has shown that temperatures inside the enclosure can be approximately 9–10°C higher than the surrounding ambient environment. To maintain proper operating conditions and ensure reliable performance, the Wallaby Pro must be installed in locations where the ambient temperature remains at or below 30°C (86°F).

Additional cooling fans are not required for the Elo Backpack with Intel when installed in a Wallaby Pro Self-Service Stand, provided the ambient operating temperature remains within the recommended limit specified above.
