This article explains what error code 0x20-0x07 is in driver properties and how to fix it

This is a general error code indicating that the controller is not receiving a proper signal. This is typically caused by something contacting the glass (also called a contaminant). We usually see this on IntelliTouch technology units whenever someone has placed a sticker, label, piece of tape, sticky note, asset tag, plastic cover sheet, etc. on the glass. IntelliTouch cannot have anything touching the glass or it will cause touch to not work correctly or not work at all and will also throw the 0x20-0x07 error code message. 



To fix this, remove anything touching the glass, clean the area of any sticky residue, then remove the power cable from the monitor for 30-seconds and then reconnect the power cable. 

if the error persists after doing the above then you may have a defective touch monitor and it would need to be sent in for repair.
