Why can't I get an IntelliTouch Plus Monitor to Work on Windows 2000?

This article explains why an IntelliTouch Multi-Touch monitor does not work on a Windows 2000 computer

Elo's Multi-Touch IntelliTouch monitors (IT Plus) are not compatible with Windows 2000 computers.

IT Plus requires Windows digitizer service which is not part of Windows 2000. There are no options to use this technology on Windows 2000.
