This article provides instructions on setting up Kiosk mode in Google Chrome browser for Windows 10

See below for how to set up Kiosk mode in a Google Chrome browser on Windows 10.

This procedure is based on Google Chrome version 87.0.4280.66. Future versions of Chrome may differ.



1. Open Google Chrome and click on the User Icon in the upper right corner of the browser window, then choose Add.



2. Add a Name to the account and choose an Icon.



3. Ensure that "Create a desktop shortcut for this user" is selected, then click Add at the lower right corner of the window.

4. Close any open Chrome browser windows.

5. Go to your desktop and locate the newly created shortcut. Then, right-click and choose Properties.



6. Go to the Shortcut tab. After "Profile 1", add a space and then type:

--kiosk https://www.elotouch.com/ (or replace with your website domain).



7. Click Apply and then OK.

8. Google Chrome should now open in full Kiosk mode when launched from your new icon. To exit Kiosk mode, connect a keyboard and press Alt + F4.
