This article discusses how to project from an Elo Windows computer to another Windows computer without being on a network

Elo's Windows based All-In-One computers (i-series, EloPOS, E-series, ECMs) are equipped with Windows 10 LTSC 2019. This version of Windows allows Miracast over Infrastructure, meaning both the Elo AIO and the other Windows PC must be on the same network to do this.

There are no options to cast wirelessly to another device that is not on a network or not on the same network.
