This article discusses if there are EloPOS NO OS units compatible with Windows POSReady 7

POSReady 7 is not supported on the EloPOS All-In-One TouchComputers. 

Supported operating systems on EloPOS are: 
• Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB 64-bit
• Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (64bit)
• SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop/Server 15 (64bit)
• Cent OS 7 (64bit)

While other versions of Windows 10 and Linux may work, the above are what has been tested and known to work.
