How do I hide the mouse cursor via the Windows Registry?

This article explains how to hide the mouse cursor by editing the Windows Registry

Customers may desire or need to hide the touch feedback when using a touchscreen. There is a method to hide touch feedback via the Elo Touch driver. You may view instructions to do so, HERE. 

To hide the touch feedback via Windows Registry, navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Cursors, change ContactVisualization to 0, and reboot to apply registry changes.
