This article provides instructions on how to connect a Bluetooth device to an Elo Windows device with Bluetooth capabilities

Turn on your Bluetooth device and put it in pairing mode. Refer to the device's manual if you're not sure how to do this.

On your Elo Windows computer, go to "Settings" by clicking on the Windows icon in the bottom left corner of the screen and then clicking on the gear icon.

Click on "Devices."

Click on "Bluetooth & other devices." and make sure the Bluetooth is switched to "On"

Click on "Add Bluetooth or other device."

Select "Bluetooth."

Your computer will start searching for Bluetooth devices that are in pairing mode. Once it finds your device, select it and click on "Pair."

Follow any additional prompts (such as adding a pin number for the device) to complete the pairing process.

Once the pairing is complete, you should be able to use your Bluetooth device with your Windows computer.
Note: If you're having trouble connecting your device, make sure that your computer's Bluetooth is turned on by going to "Settings" "Devices" "Bluetooth & other devices" and toggling the switch to "On." Additionally, try restarting both your device and your computer and repeating the steps above. If the device still does not connect, please contact the manufacturer of the Bluetooth device for support.
