This article explains why the I-Series 3 does not auto rotate when used in Edge Kiosk Mode and how to enable portrait mode
To use a Windows AIO device in Microsoft Edge Kiosk mode, you must first set the display orientation in the Admin account. The Kiosk account will then maintain this orientation. The display will not automatically rotate as it does in a non kiosk mode setting. See the example below for guidance.
To enable portrait mode in Edge Kiosk mode, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Admin account and set the device to portrait mode.
2. While still in the Admin account and with the device in portrait mode, switch to the Kiosk account.
3. The Kiosk account will now display in portrait mode.
Note: If the device is set to landscape mode in the Admin account, the Kiosk account will also display in landscape mode. This is a limitation of Microsoft Edge Kiosk mode.
