This article explains how to turn off screen rotation on a Windows-based Elo device

To disable automatic screen rotation and lock the screen into either portrait or landscape mode only on an Elo Windows device, see the following:

1. Open Action Center, by doing any of the following:

• On the right end of the taskbar, select the Action Center icon 
  

• Or press the Windows logo key  + A.

• Or swipe in from the right edge of the touch screen.

2. Once in the Action Center, click on the Rotation Lock tile to enable it. This will lock the screen in its current orientation (either portrait or landscape).

• If the Rotation Lock tile is not visible, click Expand to show all available options.
